You will receive a Trade Show package in early December. Package includes: your confirmation for dates attending, general guidelines of the conference, brochures & posters for distribution.
Trade Show Set-Up
Set-Up Day is Thursday Jan. 2nd 2019 from 11:00 – 4:00, if you are exhibiting all week or on Goat Day. On the other days, you can set-up starting at 8:00 am.
Trade Show space is determined by the conference staff. The layout board is posted in the lobby, or ask an organizer where your booth is located. Your booth will be labled with your company name. The Trade Show space is the footprint of an 8X3 foot table (unless arranged differently in advance) All spaces will have an 8 foot table and a chair. If you do not need a table or desire a smaller table, please let us know in advance. If you require electrical outlets we also need to know in advance. Tablecloths and extension cords are not provided. WiFi will be available.
The day that you are exhibiting, pick up your 2 complementary meal passes per day at the Registration Table.
Agribusiness are encouraged to eat lunhc earlier so that they can be upstairs to chat with all of the participants during the lunch break. Trade Show exhibitors will be able to eat at 11:30 am. Presenters may still be talking please proceed to the lunch area with minimum disruption.
Please remember that we will be giving away door prizes during the course of Grey Bruce Farmers’ Week. If you have any items that you wish to donate, they would be greatly appreciated!
Remember: each day will be recorded and Live Streamed.
Trade Show Tear Down
* Exhibitors may take down after producers have left for the day.
* Company Contacts are responsible for sharing with your Trade Show staff the conference set up and tear down details.
