Thank you so much for agreeing to speak and participate at our conference. Here are some dates to keep in mind as we move closer to GBFW20.
October 15, 2020: Information Sheets are Due (contact info, bio, topic description, pictures)
November 29, 2020: Speaker Info Letters emailed out
November 29, 2020: Return consent forms for Photographic, Video and Audio Recordings
December 20, 2020: Presentations due to Grey Ag Services. Please indicate if you approve staff creating handouts from your presentation. We can help with this – but need your materials by Dec 20.
Your time slot as indicated on the brochure includes a question period. It is extremely important to organizers that the day remains on schedule. Organizers will give you signals as to remaining time allotted as needed.
Each Day will have a Chairperson to welcome attendees, introduce the speakers and make any housekeeping announcements. They will also moderate the session. Please note that the people asking questions will be given a microphone for the benefit of everyone (including the live stream audience). Before responding to a question please repeat the question for clarification and everyones benefit.
